Philosophy:
Harmony, balance, well-being
THIA is, above all, an approach to well-being that rests the body, mind, and the space in which we live. We all aspire to a more serene life, where energy flows freely, where we feel at home. Yoga teaches us to listen to our bodies, to find strength, flexibility, and balance, and to breathe better to soothe our minds. Spatial organization, on the other hand, frees our environment from excess, lightens our daily lives, and creates a harmonious setting that rejuvenates us. At THIA, everything is about harmony. When the body, mind, and living spaces are in harmony, we rediscover a true lightness of life.
Empathy

Adapt each appointment to your unique needs. “Life is about being authentic, humble, kind, and empathetic.” Life isn’t about being popular, laden with degrees, or perfect… Life is about going through challenges, facing my dark sides to learn, grow, and help others grow. But above all, life is about being authentic, humble, kind, and empathetic.
Kindness

Sincere support, respectful of your unique way of being. Kindness, time, attention, honesty, loyalty and effort are the greatest gifts. I’ve never been interested in things someone could give me. I’ve always appreciated kindness, time, attention, honesty, loyalty, and effort. These gifts are far more valuable to me than anything money can buy.
Respect

Honor your space, your body, and your energy without ever forcing it. By taking care of myself, I have so much more to offer the world. Listen to your inner voice, the colors in your heart, to choose what you love and feel good. Put yourself at the top of your “to-do” list—the most important thing! “By taking care of myself, I have so much more to offer the world than if I’m empty… I recharge with good vibes, first for myself then I share the surplus with everyone.”
Positivity

Because every transformation should be a moment of pleasure and joy. Positiveness adorns positiveness, “Only good vibrations, because vibrations don’t lie.” I’m at a point in my life where peace is my priority and negativity is rejected. I spread this serenity around me. When it’s too much, then it’s time to let go. If you can stay positive in a negative situation, then you’re a winner! Positiveness embraces positiveness, “Only good vibrations, because vibrations don’t lie.” Only good vibes because vibrations don’t lie!
Patience

Every small step counts, and I’m here to guide you and help you find the motivation within you. With patience and perseverance, we move forward one step at a time toward our goals. Because Paris wasn’t built in a day, and getting to where I am today and where you are today took time, just as it will take time and patience to get to where you will be tomorrow. With patience and perseverance, we move forward one step at a time toward our goals.

Biography

Born in Geneva, an international city, I’ve always had a thirst for discovery. From a very young age, travel was part of my life: at the age of 4, I took my first flight alone.

I grew up in the countryside, surrounded by alternative medicine, organic and vegetarian nutrition, shiatsu massages, and a deep connection with nature. In my closet, a magazine page illustrating yoga poses for children was already with me.

Then one day, a photo of little girls performing ballet was a revelation. I practiced this art with passion. Dance helped me with flexibility, strength, and balance, and shaped my awareness of the body, the synchronization of breath and movement, and alignment—principles that I would find much later in yoga.
From exploring the world to exploring oneself
Naturally, I’ve always loved tidying, sorting, and organizing by size, color, alphabetical order, or theme to create a harmonious environment. Through my personal experience, I learned early on the subtleties of interior design, space optimization, the benefits of organization, and the importance of a structured space where everything has its place and a place for everything.

My parents instilled in me a vision of tidying up as an act of respect. Carefully folding your clothes rather than leaving them in a ball was a way of honoring your belongings and the energy they carry. Much later, upon discovering Marie Kondo, I realized that this philosophy had always been a part of me.
The design and decorating projects, with a touch of Feng Shui, continued into adulthood, both for projects within my family and for each of my living spaces.
The most accomplished is my current home, a barn that my husband and I completely renovated and enhanced to harmoniously combine the charm of the old with the practicality of modernity.

Exploration and self-improvement

As a teenager, tights and leotards were replaced by boots and thick sweaters as I turned to horse riding. I connected with nature, a strong connection that I have maintained in my approach to yoga linked to the five elements, and in home organizing when we enhance a space according to Feng Shu recommendations.

The taste for travel persists and the discovery of foreign languages pushed me to go alone to Germany at 14, then at 16, a year in the United States began. It was a real leap into the unknown, I discovered in myself an unsuspected capacity for adaptation. From this experience, I came back almost bilingual and profoundly transformed. Back at 17, I lived alone in a 16 m² studio, optimized to the millimeter and I learned about adult life very early. For my 18th birthday, I treated myself to a solo trip to London. This freedom to explore has always nourished me.

With a persistent shyness when it came to speaking in public, to surpass myself, I participated in a Miss competition, with the main idea of having fun and taking advantage of this beautiful experience to grow and rediscover the pleasure of the stage. Thanks to my speech in front of 300 people, based on the importance of sharing smiles and the joy of living, the doors of the Miss France competition opened. Selected among the 12 finalists, at the height of my 19 years, I have to speak in front of thousands of spectators in the Palais des Congrès in Monaco and millions of television viewers, what a challenge! Everyone thinks what they want but this experience still taught me a lot and widened my comfort zone. What a chance to travel, to discover the behind the scenes of the media, to learn choreographies, to meet candidates who have become my friends, and to go and meet people at various events.
Find your way

My childhood dream was to be able to do all sorts of jobs.
My career path has been rich and diverse. Stressed by exams, I was advised to try yoga… but I found it far too sluggish at the time! I needed to run, swim, dance, ski… to let off steam. Yoga would find me again later.

A science degree, professional training in tourism, a degree in geography, and studies in pedagogy prepared me to become a schoolteacher. I taught for three years in France before realizing that it wasn’t my path. I changed direction with a degree in administrative management and human resources.

This path led me to work as an executive assistant at an IT company in Geneva. In this small startup, my responsibilities were varied and involved a great deal of responsibility, and I had the opportunity to manage our participation in marketing trade shows in Abu Dhabi and Frankfurt.
Looking for an environment more focused on people and visual harmony, I found my happiness by becoming the assistant to the Director of a magnificent luxury boutique in Geneva.
There, I rediscovered my sense of individualized support and I moved towards the position of High Jewelry Coordinator.

But something was still missing: meaning, the desire to help more people in their daily lives, to have a positive impact on the world.
Yoga and organization, revelations of balance

With the stress of presenting to VIP clients and shift work, I was compensating by eating too much and poorly, my weight fluctuated constantly. In 2015, I discovered dynamic yoga for weight loss on YouTube by chance, I started a small 30-day challenge but it was much more than that. Yoga quickly became my anchor: I optimized my energy, I learned moderation and above all I increased my level of consciousness. Yoga opened the doors to so many almost unlimited areas of learning, I deepened my practice through training, retreats and various courses.

At the same time, I continue to tidy up my home and work to feel good and concentrate better. One evening, while watching a TV game show about general knowledge, I heard a candidate talk about the Marie Kondo method. Intrigued, I immersed myself in her books, applied the method at home and felt the magic of tidying up that she talks about through a profound inner change.
THIA: an obvious choice
So I decided to pursue professional training and become a certified home organizer.
Helping others lighten up, finding practical and tailored solutions, and seeing their faces light up as they rediscover a harmonious space: it’s immensely satisfying. For me, tidying up is much more than just organizing objects: it’s about creating an environment conducive to well-being and serenity and learning to choose what’s right for our lives.

After nine years of practicing yoga, I feel the urge to share this art of living. In 2024, I’m heading to India for a 200-hour multi-style yoga teacher training course, an intense immersion that will anchor me even more deeply in this philosophy.
Convinced that nothing happens by chance, if you’re here today, it’s because our paths were meant to cross. Everything happens for a reason, so let’s discover it together.
Welcome to THIA

Yoga has taught me that our limits are often those we impose on ourselves. To push myself further, I challenge myself: paragliding and via ferrata to overcome my fear of heights, ice baths and snowshoeing in a swimsuit using the Wim Hof Method to tame the cold, and walking on embers to challenge my limiting beliefs. Each experience pushes me to grow, to refocus, and to better understand the mechanisms of the mind.
Today, I am committed to sharing with you what I have learned and learned from these discoveries, which have helped me grow, expand my comfort zone, manage my emotions, detach myself from the superfluous, and focus on what is essential: to live fully, light and happy!
Whether through yoga, organizing spaces, or coaching toward greater clarity, everything converges toward the same goal: harmony: feeling good, within yourself and at home.
