Tiphaine Smack

A yoga teacher and interior design professional, I created THIA to share what excites me: well-being in all its forms. A jack-of-all-trades, curious, and dynamic, I look forward to meeting you and connecting with you. My entire journey has led me to develop a variety of skills focused on support, teaching, empathy, and, of course, harmony: THIA = The Harmony Is All. Yoga and home organization are powerful tools for cultivating balance, clarity, fluidity, serenity, and lightness. Each session, whether focused on movement or tidying, is designed as a moment of centering and harmony.
